Kathleen Dinterman is a Certified Paralegal, receiving her Degree in Legal Assisting in 1996, and obtaining her Paralegal Certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1997. Kathy completed her internship in the Legal Department at Harris Corporation where she received the Jurisprudence Plaudits award for her presentation on “Stalking in the Workplace”. Kathy began working for Patrick Barbary, following her Harris internship and has worked with the Law Firm of Morgan & Barbary since the inception of the firm. While Kathy has concentrated her skills in the criminal law arena, she also aids in various aspects of family law, probate and civil litigation issues. With over 17 years of experience in assisting clients through difficult legal problems, Kathy understands the legal and emotional implications involved in protecting our clients and has proven a valuable asset to the firm in assisting clients in protecting their constitutional rights.
